The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lieselot Hoedt (creative director and owner) and Studio Hoedt as a creative and visual studio. This website functions as a portfolio for all of Studio Hoedt's projects and services.
Liability
You agree that under no circumstances are we liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages arising from the use of the website or our services.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Such changes will become effective immediately upon the posting of the new terms on this website. Your use of the website or service signifies your acceptance of these changes. We retain the right to update any part of our website and service, including these terms, at any time. Modification of these terms is effective on this page and dated below.
By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to purchase the selected products under the terms as stated on the product page and in these general terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are errors in product descriptions, prices or other inaccuracies on our website.
Prices
All prices listed include a 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) and do not cover shipping expenses. Shipping costs will be separately invoiced and are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The price that applies to any sales agreement is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed and registered. This price is specific to the items exactly as described. Please note that the accompanying photographs are intended for decorative purposes and may include elements that are not part of the products; these additional elements are not included in the price. In the event of an incorrect price displayed on our website due to an error or oversight, we reserve the right to adjust the price. In such cases, you will have the option to cancel the order, and a full refund will be issued to your account.
Payments
Our online shop offers three different payment methods:
Visa
Your order will only be processed once the payment has been completed and approved by your bank.

Delivery
We ship orders every Thursday an work mostly with B-post. The maximum delivery time is 30 days after placing the order. If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, you will be informed by email, and you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. The amount you paid will then be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days.
Please be aware that this exception does not apply to pre-orders when the webshop clearly states it’s a pre-order.
The buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information.
If an order goes missing after being dispatched to an external postal service, we cannot assume responsibility for the parcel.
Studio Hoedt does not accept responsibility for refunding or re-dispatching lost orders by external companies.
You can always come to pick up your package from us if you prefer. Please make this a note when placing your order.
Returns Policy
Returning items is possible within 14 days. Please contact us via email first for this. When exchanging or returning items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The accuracy of address information is the customer's responsibility. If an order does not arrive due to this reason, a new order will not be sent free of charge.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is our property and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website.
Privacy
We treat your data as confidential information and will never share, rent, or sell it to third parties. However, we do use your details, such as your address, to ship our products. Studio Hoedt uses cookies. Cookies are a standard internet technology that allows the storage and access of specific information on the user's system. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals; they can only identify a device. Every internet user can configure their computer to not accept cookies. If your computer does not accept cookies, you may encounter issues during the ordering process.
